How many miles do I get on a lease?

Most standard leases are calculated based on a specified number of miles you can drive, typically 15,000 or fewer per year. You can negotiate a higher mileage limit, but you will normally have an increased monthly payment since the vehicle's depreciation will be greater during your lease term. If you exceed the mileage limit set in the lease agreement, you'll probably have to pay additional charges when you return the vehicle.

Who should I contact if I am within the last 90 days of my lease?

If you are within the last 90 days of your lease, please call Audi Financial Services Lease End Services at 1-866-277-8191, 9AM - 8PM, Eastern Time, Monday - Friday.

Who should I contact to schedule my lease end inspection?
SGS, a third party inspection company, will schedule an inspection at your home, office or dealership. You may contact SGS at (800) 340-4080 (8AM - 8PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday). Or, you may login to your Audi Financial Services account at www.audifs.com/accountadvisor to schedule an appointment.

How can I calculate my mileage on my current lease?
During the last year of your lease, login to www.audifs.com/accountadvisor to access our mileage calculator tool.

What is Audi Care?
Audi Care includes scheduled maintenance at 15,000, 25,000, 35,000 and 45,000 miles, including oil and filter changes and any inspections, but does not include brakes and tires.

How often do Audis need to be serviced?
Audis need to be serviced only once per year, or ever 10,000 miles.

Do I get a loaner when I bring my care in for service?
As long as the car is under manufacturer warranty and an appointment is made, you can get a loaner.

What is the difference between a new car warranty and a CPO warranty?
The two warranties are very similar, but the CPO warranty has an $85 deductible and does not cover trim pieces, weather stripping, or rattles.

What is Audi Connect?
Audi Connect comes standard on Audis equipped with navigation devices, and can provide you with Google Earth, voice, local search, Wi-fi hot spot, and online services (e.g., fuel prices, weather information, travel information, news feeds and My Audi destinations).
